Overview of Terms:

We, Us, Ours refers to Flatpacks Unpacked and any respective owners and employees.

You, Yours, Client, Customer refers to the party booking, using and paying for our service.

Agreement is made once emails have been exchanged, email quote has been accepted by client and a date agreed upon. 

They refers to any third party outside of the agreement.

1. Manufacturer defects & damage in transit. Should we find upon unpacking an item or components that there are parts missing or that damage has been sustained in transit then we will not be held responsible and regrettably a minimum fee of £25 will apply if there are no other items for us to assemble. (manufacturers tend to be quite good about reimbursing lost assembly costs due to their own error but we can't guarantee that of course). 

2. Cancellation. we are happy to accommodate your needs and always aim to be  as adaptable as possible! Unfortunately should you need to cancel or change your appointment once an agreement has been made then there will regrettably be a £25 cancellation fee or 30% (for bookings estimated to take over three hours) of the total booking value if we are unable to fill your reserved slot with another booking. 

3. Booked items and adding items. Whilst we always do our best to fulfill your needs, we are generally only able to assemble what has been agreed on your booking request and then confirmed. We tend to have quite a tight schedule so generally we are unable to add any extra items on if they have been missed off - we are more than happy to come back at another convenient time for completion if we are unable to add the item/s to your booking  on the day. Any extra items will also need to be quoted and those charges agreed to prior to assembly.
